After finalizing the design of a custom-made piece, a 30% downpayment via bank deposit or online transfer is required to place your order. Lead time for bespoke jewelry items is 10 weeks upon receipt of downpayment. The remaining balance shall be paid in full a day before delivery.

Readymade pieces that don’t require resizing will be delivered within the week after receipt of full payment. Readymade rings for resizing will be delivered within 10 business days upon receipt of full payment.

Lead time may vary when shop is full.


What are my payment options? chevron_right

Readymade items should be paid in full via bank deposit or online transfer via BPI or BDO. The item will be reserved in your name for 2 business days pending full payment.

Downpayments for custom-made items can be done via bank deposit or online transfer to either our BPI or BDO accounts.

Kindly email a photo of proof of payment (deposit slip or screenshot of online transfer) within the day of payment.

We will soon accept credit card payments via PayPal.

Do you accept layaway payments?chevron_right

We accept layaway payments for custom orders up to 4 months, with 10% interest on top of total transaction, for orders amounting to Php20,000 and above. Please email for layaway payments.


How do I receive my order? Do you deliver? chevron_right

For items below PHP60,000, we deliver nationwide via courier (LBC). We offer door-to-door delivery and branch pick-up. LWP will not be liable for loss or damage if delivered via courier.

We also have scheduled door-to-door deliveries within select areas in Metro Manila, Marikina, and Antipolo through our trusty runner.

Delivery costs, including Insurance, will be shouldered by the client which will be included in the total price.

How long does delivery take?chevron_right

Readymade pieces that do not require resizing can be delivered within the week upon receipt of full payment. Items for resizing will be delivered within 10 business days upon receipt of full payment.

Custom pieces may be delivered 3-5 business days upon completion. All outstanding balance/s must be settled before delivery.

How do I track my order?chevron_right

For updates on your Little White Pouch item, send us an email at We will also provide a tracking number and photo of the delivery receipt once the item is dispatched via courier.


How do I determine my ring size?chevron_right

We strongly advise you to visit a jewelry store to provide a more accurate measurement. It would also help if you try on a ring in your preferred size and ring width as it can also affect the fit of the ring on your finger. There are also affordable ring sizers available online. We use US Standard Sizing as reference.

What if my ring doesn’t fit?chevron_right

Prior to production and delivery, we highly encourage clients to get their accurate ring size from jewelry stores or ring sizers. We will gladly adjust the ring for free if we make a mistake on our end with the size.

For regular orders (custom-made and readymade), we accept ring upsizing for a fee.

We offer one free resizing for engagement rings.

Pick-up and delivery fee will be shouldered by the client.



Ready-made Little White Pouch items are considered sold but we will accept minor repairs for a fee upon assessment.

Custom-made items are meticulously designed by the client and Little White Pouch. We always aim to deliver the product in good condition and within the client’s satisfaction.

Little White Pouch will gladly evaluate your item for repair and will provide a cost estimate for the repair, if applicable.

Minor repair include ring resizing, polishing, and others upon assessment exclusively for Little White Pouch items only. Engagement ring orders have one free resizing service.

Client will shoulder the handling fee.

Little White Pouch pieces are created with the utmost care and love, we know you will also treat your LWP jewelry with the same consideration. ❤️

Are items refundable?chevron_right

No, but you can opt to cancel your custom-made order within 3 days but the downpayment is not refundable. Please e-mail for concerns.


Do you have engagement rings?chevron_right

Yes, there are select engagement rings readily available in the SHOP

How much are your engagement rings?chevron_right

Engagement ring prices vary depending on the material, design and preferred size of the ring.

All set in 14 karat gold, unless otherwise specified.

I have sensitive skin, will I get a reaction from your jewelry?chevron_right

Little White Pouch only uses 14 karat or 18 karat solid gold, which has higher gold content, in all our jewelry to avoid any reactions. If you still have concerns, kindly consult a doctor prior to ordering.

What kind of stones do you use?chevron_right

We specialize in creating jewelry with unique colored gemstones and/or diamonds. We can also source gemstones for your dream piece.

Does your jewelry tarnish?chevron_right

No, they don’t tarnish when they are well taken care of. Discolorations can happen over time, especially if regularly exposed to chemicals like detergent, alcohol or even lotion. Please refer to our JEWELRY CARE post for more information.
